Community First New Westminster (CFNW) is committed to engaging with our community and electors in a way that respects and protects personal information. As a municipal political party, CNFW collects, uses, and discloses personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act. As a member-based elector organization, this includes the personal information of members, supporters, volunteers, donors and electors in New Westminster.

Individuals and members should direct any access requests, complaints, concerns or questions regarding CFNW’s use of personal information and/or compliance with PIPA in writing to the Privacy Officer. If the Privacy Officer is unable to resolve the concern, the individual or member may also write to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
